What you'll learn
  • The scattered library: turn a team process, or a Skill sitting in Git, into one Skill every assistant can use
  • Governance without the queue: an owner and a security check on every Skill, with approval only where your rules require it
  • The last mile: ship Skills with their tools to the right teams, in Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot Studio and more
  • The feedback loop: see which Skills get used and what people searched for but didn’t find
  • The silent break: catch a Skill that fails when a tool it depends on changes
The session

The life of one Skill, end to end

Four short chapters, each shown live in the product.

Chapter 1

Create

Save a Skill straight from a chat, or bring in the ones your teams keep in Git. See its versions and the security scan that runs before anyone else gets it.

Chapter 2

Govern

Give the Skill an owner and take it through the go-live gate, with an approval where your rules ask for one. The official Skill always wins its name, so a private copy can't take its place.

Chapter 3

Distribute

Bundle the Skill with the tools it needs, for example “HR onboarding”, and give it to the right teams in the assistants they already use, from Claude to Copilot Studio.

Chapter 4

Measure

See who uses the Skill and what people searched for but couldn't find. Improvements filed by agents land in the owner's inbox. When a tool the Skill depends on changes, Palma flags it and the owner decides.

Then open Q&A with the Palma team

Who should attend

Bring your question. We'll show you the answer live.

Heads of AI platform“Does each Skill reach every assistant, wherever it was written?”See Skills scattered across Git, SharePoint and wikis, with copies drifting, become one library that feeds every assistant.
Security and AI governance“Is it safe, who owns it, and can we pull it fast?”See the checks a Skill passes before anyone gets it, a named owner on every Skill, and the official version always winning.
Skill owners and domain experts“Is it still current, and is anyone using it?”See a broken tool flag the Skills that depend on it, usage per Skill, and the searches that came up empty.

A curated room.

We keep it to 15 people so the Q&A stays specific. The Palma team reviews every request and confirms seats by email. If the room fills up, you join the waitlist and we send you the recording.
