Product Marketing Manager
Own how Palma is understood. You'll turn a genuinely technical governance platform into a story CISOs, platform leads and CFOs each recognise as their own problem — and give the sales team the material to prove it.
- Position the platform for enterprise buyers, and keep the message honest as the product moves
- Build the launch motion for new capabilities — narrative, site, briefings, enablement
- Turn real deployments into case studies, benchmarks and proof points
- Own the competitive picture in a category that is being defined right now
Product Design
Product Designer
Design the surface that enterprise IT uses to govern every agent in the organisation. Policy editors, approval queues and audit trails are hard problems that are usually solved badly — this is a chance to solve them properly.
- Design end-to-end flows for policy authoring, approvals, Skills and audit
- Make dense, high-stakes information legible without dumbing it down
- Extend and maintain the design system across platform and marketing surfaces
- Work directly with engineering — we ship continuously, not in handoffs
Sales
Enterprise Account Executive
Sell to large enterprises at the moment they are deciding how AI agents get access to real systems. You'll run multi-stakeholder cycles across security, platform and finance, and you'll be selling something buyers actively want to exist.
- Own enterprise cycles end to end, from first conversation to signed agreement
- Navigate security reviews, procurement and compliance as part of the sale, not an afterthought
- Build the repeatable motion — what qualifies, what stalls, what closes
- Bring the field back into the product; you'll have direct access to the people building it
Engineering
Platform Engineer
Build the gateway that sits in the path of every agent tool call — the part that has to be fast, correct and provable. Distributed systems work in the MCP layer, with real enterprise deployments on the other end.
- Build and scale the MCP gateway: resolution, policy evaluation, approvals, audit
- Work across identity, multi-tenancy and on-prem or air-gapped deployment
- Own reliability and performance on a hot path where latency is visible to users
- Contribute to open agent standards through our work in the Linux Foundation and AAIF
